Valia's a girl who knows what she wants in life. For the second summer in a row she's come to Moscow to model. Valia is not your typical Russian girl either. She uses the money she earns modeling to help run her restaurant back home. That's right. Valia's already a business owner. A year ago last spring she bought herself a cafe. Most models her age spend their money on clothes. Not Valia. She keeps things simple. That's how she likes it. All we can say to that is "What's cooking in the kitchen tonight?"
