She's known this tree since she was a child. It sits on the edge of a forest, standing watch over her grandfather's wheat field. Natalya and her sister used to climb to the spot where two trees become one. There they'd talk for hours. It was their special place. This time, Natalya returns to this special tree a beautiful young woman. She thinks back on those days like it was yesterday. She smiles, then starts to laugh.
