We provide downloadable zipped files for every photo set in our member's area. This allows you to easily download sets for your own private collection. What format is used for your videos? We use DivX video format. This format allows for the highest quality videos available. DivX is easy to setup and is available for download in the member's area. To get answers about viewing video files and DivX video downloads, we offer a "Video Help" page in the members area. Are the videos available for download? Yes. In the member's area, you can save the videos to your hard drive. This way you can view videos anytime you want without having to be online. Is there a minimum system requirement to view the videos? The DivX is the latest codec, and provides high-resolution videos. It is recommended you have a 400mhz system or higher. What color quality should have I my computer set on for best results? 24 or 32 bits, anything lower and the photos will not look as nice. To change your display settings: Control Panel / Display / Settings / choose 24 or 32 bits. What monitor resolution do you recommend? Optimum viewing resolution is 1024 x 768 or greater. Every monitor has a native resolution it was designed to be used at, and generally it's the highest numbered setting.
